The 7th Annual Mockingbird Lane Market is being held on Oct 6, 2024 at the Alameda Elks Lodge in the heart of downtown Alameda, showcasing 40 different artisans and vendors. Alameda Halloween Havoc 5k and Kids Run
The Alameda Halloween Havoc is a fun evening event featuring a 5k run and a half-mile kids' run on November 1, 2024, at Alameda Point. Runners will start and finish under the historic USS Hornet, with scenic views of the San Francisco skyline, and are encouraged to wear costumes. The event includes race medals, custom bibs, and runner shirts, with proceeds benefiting the USS Hornet Museum.
Gathering of the Goths at the USS Hornet
The Gathering of the Goths Halloween Festival is a spooky, immersive event held on October 19, 2024, at the famed USS Hornet museum in Alameda. The festival features a curated Halloween market, live music from goth bands, DJs, and a costume contest, along with workshops, ghost tours, and a late-night dance party. Annual Teen Haunted House
Hosted by the city's Recreation and Parks Department the weekend of Oct 25-27, Alameda's Teen Haunted House is an annual event where teens create and run a spooky, immersive haunted house, complete with eerie decorations and chilling surprises. All ages welcome.
Halloween Blacklight Art Show
The Halloween Blacklight Art Show in Alameda is a unique event where local artists showcase their glowing, UV-reactive artwork under blacklights, creating an eerie and captivating atmosphere. Pumpkin Patch Pool Party

PEERS Events
Hosted by The Period Events & Entertainments Re-Creation Society on the first Saturday of every month at the Alameda Elks Lodge, PEERS specializes in super-fun, historically themed dance and social events with period costumes and live music. Sadly, their 2024 Haunted Mansion Ball and Bal Des Vampires events appear to already be sold out, but we'd still check out their website so you can reserve a spot for other upcoming events this year and in 2025.
